Tears in Action are a care in the community organisation, who aim to support members of our community to live lives free from homelessness, loneliness, mental and physical health issues.

We supply food parcels for those in need, along with clothes and toiletries. 

Our team are also able to offer emotional support, life coaching, mentoring,  gym therapy and personal training.
