Who’s it for?

Young people who are at risk of not meeting their true potential. We want to empower young people to achieve their aspirations and contribute to their local community. 


What do you do?

Sessions can be one to one or in small groups & include life coaching alongside gym therapy delivered by our  qualified coaches.   


What resources are supplied?

Each participant will receive their own ‘Step Up Coaching Workbook’ this resource will help participants reflect, record their progress and be a great reference resource after they’ve completed the programme. 


What’s Gym Therapy?

We integrate exercise with emotional wellbeing for both individual and group sessions. Gym therapy is exercising mind and body to influence positive thinking and change unhealthy behaviours. 


How Long Does it take?

Each session takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sessions are once a week for either 6 or 12 weeks. Alternatively, we offer 3 day intensive programmes during the school holidays.


Where do you work?

We can deliver our coaching programme in schools, youth clubs and other community settings.
